Please note :

Group prices are not applicable from 1 July to 31 August 2008 except for the 0900 and 0930 trains. After these times, group bookings are accepted but at the individual price.

Opening dates

From 15 March to 5 November 2008 open daily
From 1 to 27 October - closed on Mondays and Thursdays - open daily during the November holiday (Toussaint).
Group bookings are available every 35 minutes from 0900.

Terms and conditions of the visit

Minimum duration of excursion: 1½ hrs (including 35 minutes for both the ascent and descent).
Food is available at the bottom station and summit (ventas).
The summit is at 905 metres: beware of the temperature difference.
Train capacity: 120 passengers (two trains can depart at the same time).
Group prices are not applicable from 1 July to 31 August 2008 except for the first two trains (0900 and 0930).

To ensure that everyone in your group enjoys their day, please read the following advice.

If you book a few days in advance we will send you confirmation by return with a plan showing how to get here.

The group leader should arrive around ten minutes before the train departs to help passenger boarding and ticket collection to run smoothly. If this 10-minute deadline is not respected we cannot guarantee the booking and you may have to wait for the following train.

The group leader must accompany the group to the summit. Our staff will of course be present to help, but the group leader must remain in charge.

Bookings for the trains departing at 1000 and 1500, generally very busy times, are not recommended as there is a risk of delay and our staff will be less available to welcome you.

During July and August the group prices are available only on the trains departing at 0900 and 0930. After these times the individual price applies.

Payment by voucher is acceptable provided this is by prior agreement.

To make your visit run smoothly we have opened a Groups Reception office which means that the group leader does not have to queue at the ticket office.
